No 1 Palace Street

Originally constructed in 1860, No 1 Palace Street, was amongst the Capitals first Five-Star venues. Frequented by royalty and foreign dignitaries due to its proximity to Buckingham Palace. Initially named The Palace Hotel, Queen Victoria spent a lot of time here with her guests. The luxury developer Northacre is now restoring this magnificent structure to its former glory.

No 1 Palace Street Features 72 unique apartments, each with a different layout and design, it is located just across the road from Buckingham Palace and a few minutes away from St James’s Park. The splendid restaurants of Mayfair and Knightsbridge are just a stone’s throw away as is the history and tradition of St James’s. Residents can enjoy the tranquility and serenity of London’s great Royal Parks on their doorstep. St James’s Park enjoys incredible pageants and ceremonies annually on royal occasions.

A new standard of exquisite luxury living has been brought to London by No 1 Palace Street.

No 1 Palace Street Location
