Chelsea Finery is a new addition to SW10: 156 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments arranged around an elegant square, positioned at the water's edge where Lots Road meets Chelsea Creek. The Atelier has a white marble-effect porcelain worktop and splashback with gold veining and light oak slim shaker cabinetry; The Ashlar and The Patina have a green marble-effect porcelain worktop and splashback with natural walnut slim shaker cabinetry. Both have brushed bronze handles, concealed LED lighting and a fluted glass wall unit. Appliances include a V-ZUG oven and induction hob with an integrated Bosch fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and three-bedroom apartments also have an integrated wine cooler.

Bathrooms have large-format stone-effect porcelain tiles, a walnut-effect vanity unit with a marble-effect countertop, brushed bronze brassware and a heated towel rail.

In The Atelier, studios have 502 sq ft of internal space, one-bedroom apartments 554 to 580 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments 782 to 926 sq ft, each with a balcony.

Residents' Amenities at Chelsea Finery

A dedicated 24-hour concierge welcomes residents. The fitness suite has a Peloton hub alongside strength and conditioning equipment, and there is a private residents' lounge and a co-working space.

Outside, a courtyard garden and a first-floor podium garden are planted with biodiverse species informed by scientific research by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Every apartment has cycle storage provision.
